We train job seekers on how to “enter and progress in the workplace.”
We provide workshops and job trainings to both job seekers, and Career Services and Workforce Development Programs.
We provide coaching, soft skills training, Interview T.I.P.S. (Training to Improve Presentation Skills), and workshops to individuals, groups, schools, colleges, churches, for profits/non-profits, businesses undergoing lay-offs, and organizations that want to receive our services. We provide guidance on workforce needs versus candidate selections and assist with individual development plans regarding recruitment, ongoing counseling, financial literacy workshops, and other economic opportunities for Section 3 clients. We are an added resource to businesses in that we highlight the benefits of workplace diversity and how those added skill sets will net a broader range of services to their customers.
We have the latest information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and Department of Labor, and provide current statistics on all groups in the workplace for all news media and press requests.

While some schools offer “Career Day” once a year, students need to obtain this information before they become a teenager. We provide “proactive” career services information, and are excited to discuss economic equity everyday!

- We provide Workforce & Career Workshops that are typically an hour long, and we have a 30 minute session afterwards for Q&A so that we answer ALL the questions our teens may have.
- We ask them questions on what it is that they want to be when they grow up and we tell them it’s okay if they don’t know right now. We want to introduce to them…on a broader spectrum…opportunities to career information that they may never receive anywhere else.
- We cover 3 short videos on Interviewing and the proper and wrong ways to do it.

- Statistics show that the zip code you’re born in can determine your future.
- We really should be talking to our kids earlier about workforce skills and the abundance of jobs that are out there. Unfortunately, many of them don’t get an opportunity to participate in conversations like this at home…let alone at school.
- Did you know that in England if you’ve reached 16 by the last Friday in June, most teens will have finished high school? They can then go on to college and start an Apprenticeship or Training Program.
- Many kids in schools in America have Career Day once a year when it’s a topic that should be discussed throughout their lifetime.
SO, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PROGRAMS LIKE OURS ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE?
- We see the effects of overcrowded Juvenile Justice facilities and juvenile crime and violence surface from years and decades and centuries of infinite inequities and being an unfortunate product of living in a zip code that has determined one’s future.
